Form ‘N’ Fill is a sacrificial formwork, also known as permanent formwork, and is designed to be left in place after the pour.

Leaving concrete and formwork undisturbed provides better curing for foundations and beams.

The sheets consist of a wire mesh encased in a heavy-duty polyethylene, heat-shrink film and are available in a range of sheet sizes from 600mm to 1800mm.

WHY USE FORM-N-FILL?

FASTER
Form foundations, pile caps & beams in 1/2 the time of conventional formwork. The foundation is also backfilled before the concrete is poured, allowing other site works to continue saving hours of forming costs.

CHEAPER
50% less material cost than conventional formwork, not to mention the labour cost!!!

It can be installed and formed with unskilled labour and basic hand tools.

Eliminates the need for cranes or lifting equipment for installation of formwork.
