Anti Slip media is typically added to the first or second coat to provide a non-slip surface and is ideal for use in bakeries, kitchens, washdown bays, abattoirs, butcheries and more. Aluminium oxide is the ideal non slip media as it is the second hardest compound after diamond making it extremely durable and wear resistant. Anti slip media is available in three grits; #46 (course), #60 (medium) and 90# (fine). The required grit is generally determined by the required slip rating.
