Gripset 51 is a solvent-free bitumen rubber liquid membrane with excellent sealing and adhesion properties over several porous and non-porous surfaces.
Gripset 51 is a versatile membrane in new and existing construction for underground and external areas. Besides offering excellent membrane properties, Gripset 51 can also be used as a protective coating for timber and metal surfaces.

  • Form Creamy viscosity – thixotropic
  • Drying – Tack Free: 60-90 minutes
    Re-coat: 2-4 hours
    Based on normal ambient temperatures Dry film – 24 hours
    of 23ºC and 50% RH Backfll: 5 days curing
    *Temperature, humidity and porosity Flood test: 10 days curing
    will vary dry times
