PodStar waffle pod spacers are used to create uniform spacing between waffle pods to form internal beams in concrete slabs. The asymmetrical shape of the PodStar spacer allows for the product to be used in two directions when creating edge beams. One direction will space the pod 165mm from the formwork, while the other at 195mm.
The Spacer also ensures reinforcing bars in the beam are centrally placed and supported. PodStar spacers are manufactured in Australia to AS/NZS2425(2015)-60kg and are packed in packs of 10.
