WHAT IS FORM ‘N’ FILL?
Form ‘N’ Fill is a sacrificial formwork, also known as permanent formwork, and is designed to be left in place after the pour.
The sheets consist of a wire mesh encased in a heavy-duty polyethylene, heat-shrink film and are available in a range of
sheet sizes from 600mm to 1800mm.

WHERE CAN FORM ‘N’ FILL BE USED?
Sacrificial formwork is ideal for forming pile caps, foundations, ground beams, construction joints, void formation, waffle
slabs and more. Form ‘N’ Fill is also a great way to reduce blowouts and concrete usage when forming foundations in
unstable soil.

WHY USE FORM ‘N’ FILL?

  • FASTER – Form foundations, pile caps and beams in 1/2 the time of conventional formwork. Foundation is also back-filled
before the concrete is poured, allowing other site works to continue.
  • CHEAPER – 50% less material cost than conventional formwork, not to mention the labour cost!!!
  • EASIER – Can be installed and formed with unskilled labour and basic hand tools.
  • LIGHTWEIGHT – Eliminates the need for cranes or lifting equipment for the installation of formwork
  • NO BRACING REQUIRED – Form ‘N’ Fill uses the back-fill to brace the formwork saving hours of forming cost.
  • NO STRIPPING OF FORMWORK – Once the foundation has been poured, there’s no need to remove any formwork.
  • BETTER CURING – Leaving concrete and formwork undisturbed provides better curing for foundations and beams.
  • SAVES SPACE & TRANSPORT COST – No need to have formwork stacked up on site and no need to transport the
formwork off-site once the job is complete.
