40mm x 550mm PodRail Spacer

PodRails are designed to support mesh in typical residential waffle pod slabs creating suitable cover between the pod and the reinforcing. With only two rails required per pod, they are fast and easy to install saving time and reducing fatigue. The spikes on the bottom of the rail penetrate the waffle pod ensuring they don’t move.

Once installed, the mesh can be laid directly on top of the rail. PodRail’s provide 40mm of cover and are 550mm in length. PodRail spacers are manufactured in Australia to AS/NZS2425(2015)-60kg and are packed in packs of 20.
