Ordering and Delivery

How much do you charge for freight?

Freight costs vary depending on your delivery location, order value, order weight and whether you require an express courier or not. To find out more information about our freight costs, simply click here or call our dedicated Allcon customer service team on 03 9839 7000.

Do you deliver Australia wide?

Can I place an order over the phone and collect it from your warehouse?

Yes. If you need some supplies ASAP to complete a project and can’t wait for it to be delivered to site, you can visit our showroom & trade counter to collect your order at a time that suits you. Click here to learn more about our Phone and Collect service. 

Do you have the TDS or SDS for the product/s I’m after?

If the TDS or SDS that you require is not available on the product page, please get in touch with our Allcon customer service team and we’d be happy to supply you with a TDS or SDS for the product/s you are interested in.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday – Friday from 6am to 4:30pm.

What is your address?

Allcon has two locations 

  • Melbourne – 50 Merrindale Drive, Croydon South, VIC, 3136 (Warehouse, Showroom & Trade Counter)
  • Sydney –  18 John Hines Ave, Minchinbury, NSW, 2770 ( Warehouse / Call & Collect Only)  
Can our carrier come and collect? What’s the earliest time we can pick up from your warehouse?
Yes, please call 03 9839 7000 to pre-arrange for your courier to collect your order from our warehouse. The earliest time collection can be arranged is 6:30am.
When will my order arrive?

Delivery timeframes depend on when you placed your order and which courier is being used. To find out more information about our delivery timeframes, simply click here or call our dedicated Allcon customer service team on 03 9839 7000.

Can I pay by credit card or direct deposit if I don’t have an account?

Yes, if you don’t have an active account you can pay by credit card or direct deposit. In fact, we encourage credit card if your order is urgent. We accept both VISA and Mastercard and don’t charge any transaction fees. For direct deposit, our bank details can be found on the bottom of your proforma invoice. Once paid, please send a copy of your bank remittance back to us so we can release your order.
