Formwork Ties

Heavy-duty formwork and the extreme liquid pressure of concrete requires heavy-duty formwork ties to hold it all together. The most common system is Zbar, a coarse threaded rod that can be held in place using a variety of plates and washers. Coil ties are another formwork tying system that uses sacrificial coil and bolt to secure the formwork.
