Same Day – Melbourne Metro.

Next-Day – Greater Melbourne, Regional Victoria, Southern NSW, Sydney, Canberra, and Brisbane.

General or Priority shipments to all other areas of Australia.

General Terms

All product or service sales from Allcon Group Pty Ltd are subject to our standard terms and conditions. A copy of our terms and conditions are available on request or via the link below.
Allcon Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or change all products and services without notice.

Products

All products and services on this website have been included in good faith on the basis that the products described were available at the time this website was published. Failure of suppliers to deliver in accordance with samples, descriptions, or at all, may result in some products being unavailable.
Images displayed are for illustration purposes only and may differ from physical product.
Allcon Group reserves the right to offer a product that differs from the one offered on this website, due to continual product development, improvement, changing specifications and supply arrangements.
Allcon Group has no control over usage, no liability can be accepted for loss or damage of any kind resulting from use of the products listed herein.
Not all products are held in stock and may not be available at all locations.

Tax

All prices displayed on this website are excluding GST unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping Times

Most items on the website are held in large stocks for immediate dispatch.
Due to import and manufacturing times, extended lead time may apply to some non-stock products.
Delivery times may vary depending on the method used and circumstances beyond our control.
Allcon Group Pty Ltd shall in no way be held responsible for any loss or damages resulting from any delay or failure of performance of supply or delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates calculated in the shopping cart are only applicable to next day Melbourne Metro deliveries placed prior to 3:00 pm. Some items may be excluded. Should your shipping location be outside the Melbourne Metro area or your order includes bulky items Allcon Group will contact you with a competitive shipping quotation.

Nonstock/Special orders

Nonstock or special order items will incur a $40+GST special order surcharge.

Allcon

Group will contact you to advise of additional freight before processing payment.

Payment

Online credit card payments are not processed until the order has been confirmed including shipping costs and availability of items. In the event that changes are necessary to your order Allcon Group will not process payment until consent is gained from the purchaser. Credit card details are encrypted and stored with your order on a platform with bank-grade security. Allcon Group staff do not have access to your credit card details. Invoice: Payment is available for customers with existing Net 30 EOM terms. Customers: With COD terms who submit an order using Invoice Payment will be contacted to provide payment.

Returns

All returns must be returned at the purchaser’s expense to 50 Merrindale Drive, Croydon South VIC 3136. Returns for credit must be advised within 14 days of delivery. Allcon Group reserves the right to reject returns due to spoiling and obsolescence. Allcon Group will assess warranty claims at their discretion and provide a refund or credit where applicable. Return freight costs may also be credited or refunded if necessary.
