Set-Up RT Primer is a proprietary blend of viscous bitumen resins and tacifiers dispersed in a refined hydrocarbon barrier. RT Primer is used as the pre-priming agent for Set-Up Bitumen Road Tape. RT Primer is designed to fill surface irregularityies to provide optimum contact with the bitumen road tape compound. If the asphalt or concrete surface has a heavy aggregate surface texture, we recommend using RT primer as a prime coat prior to the application of Set-Up Road tape. RT Primer can be brushed or sprayed onto the surface at a rate of 8-10m2/L
