The FVP80 is a heavy duty, powerful vibrating plate, ideal for compacting sand and gravel before concrete placement and for other civil compaction projects. With a Genuine Honda Engine and cast exciter, the FVP80 travels faster and hits harder than most other forward plate compactors available.
The pivoting handle makes the FVP80 easily maneuverable as it can be controlled by pushing or pulling the unit. The handle and engine also feature anti-vibration mounts to reduce hand-arm vibrations transferring to the operator
