Aftek Universal Primer is a unique water-based acrylic primer for use on porous and non-porous substrates such as tiles, painted surfaces (waterbased only), sealed and burnished concrete floors. On porous substrates, universal primer can be diluted at a ratio of 1 part primer to 2 parts water. For non-porous substrates, it should be applied neat. If the surface is extremely smooth or shiny, it is recommended a light grind or sand be conducted to enhance adhesion.
