Dribond Super Prime is an acrylic primer for use on smooth or burn finished concrete prior to the application of toppings and repair mortars. The primer features solvent-like penetration into the substrate eliminating the need to etch or scabble the surface. It also prevents air bubbles from rising through levelling compounds. Super Prime is applied directly to the substrate without dilution.
