The Max RB401T-E rebar tie gun is designed to reduce back strain and operator fatigue by enabling the user to stand up whilst using the tool. Tying is easy thanks to the patent pending triggerless technology, only found on this model. When the nose comes in contact with the rebar, a contact switch activates the tie gun. The RB401T-E is well balanced, and comfortable to use for long periods of time. The battery is housed at the top of the unit providing easy access and balances the tool. The handles are also adjustable to accomodate different height user.
The RB401T-E has all the same features the patented TwinTier wire pull back mechanism which dispenses the precise amount of wire needed. This results in a stronger tie, reduced wire usage and a lower tie height making it the most efficient rebar tying tool on the market.
The unit is ideal for tying large areas of horizontal rebar such as bridge decks, suspended decks and reinforcing mats. The unit cannot be used to tie vertical rebar and will cut out and beep if used for vertical tying.
The RB401T-E uses the standard TW1061T tie wire and comes complete with two batteries, a charger and a heavy duty case.
