Connolly Expansion Keyjoints

The Connolly expansion joint system is a leading solution for continuous pour applications in slab-on-ground construction. Designed for reliability and efficiency, the roll-formed galvanised steel profile holds the pre-adhered expansion foam securely in place, allowing joints to be established prior to the concrete pour.

Each Connolly expansion joint includes pre-formed dowel holes at 150mm centres to accommodate load transfer dowels. Connolly universal dowel sleeves simply twist and lock into position, ensuring precise alignment and consistent spacing across the slab.

The patented peg and wedge system anchors the profile to the subbase and allows for easy height adjustment, ensuring the Connolly expansion joint is accurately positioned for a level finish.
