Hydrophilic Waterstop

Hydrophilic waterstop are the most popular swellable waterstop due to its exceptional waterstopping characteristics, ease of use and proven track record. When properly installed, hydrophilic waterstops are capable of sealing heads of water up to 70m. Hydrophilic waterstops are generally installed at floor to wall joints or butt joints and are typically placed centrally in the wall or joint. Once the wall or slab has been poured, the waterstop will expand in contact with water, creating a positive seal.
