Strip Drain

Strip drain or filter drain is a section of dimpled sheet wrapped in a filter fabric and is typically used to drain water from behind shotcrete walls in basement construction. The drain is typically installed between each pile prior to shotcreting. The drain then collects water that gathers at the back of the wall and distributes it to a main sump drain where it is pumped into the stormwater.
